Winter is one of the best times to visit Los Cabos because the weather is beautiful and the sun is always shining, but also because it’s a great time for a holiday shopping spree, and there are some pretty great places to go shopping. To be sure, there are plenty of places that strictly sell your average tourist souvenirs, but there are also places to go for some high-end stores and shops with unique treasures to take home. Out of all of the places to shop in Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, though, we’re going to highlight the top five Los Cabos shopping centers for your winter getaway shopping spree.
The Top 5 Shopping Center In Los Cabos
1) The Shoppes at Palmilla
Located in San José del Cabo near the popular resort the One&Only Palmilla, The Shoppes at Palmilla is a destination as much as it is a shopping center. Alongside one-of-a-kind retail and clothing stores like SAX Boutique, LAGO, and Four Coconuts, you’ll find trendy tequila tasting and dining spots like Clase Azul Destinations, along with a number of other restaurants. Various events are also featured at the shopping center throughout the year.
2) Luxury Avenue
Luxury Avenue is a boutique mall in the marina area of Cabo San Lucas, in the heart of the busy tourist destination. Here you’ll find well-known luxury brands like Salvatore Ferragamo, Lacoste, Pandora, Victoria’s Secret, and Carolina Herrera, and various events are held at different times during the year. While you won’t find any restaurants within the mall, there are multiple dining spots in the area.
3) Koral Center
Located on the highway between San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, Koral Center is a shopping destination that has everything. Along with various shops that feature high-end brands of clothing and beachwear, art, and interior design products, there are also community businesses like a fitness center, insurance sales, a Christie’s Real Estate office, and a salon. The highlight of this shopping center, though, is El Merkado, a European-style dining destination with numerous different types of food and drink to choose from.
4) Plaza Puerto Paraíso
Plaza Puerto Paraiso is located in Cabo San Lucas, about a mile from the marina. It is much more like your typical mall, offering a mix of well-known everyday brands like Tommy Bahama, Skechers, and Forever 21 alongside brands more unique to the area, like Cabo Style and Bari swimwear. There are also plenty of dining options ranging from fast food joints like Burger King and Subway to higher-end establishments like Ruth’s Chris Steak House.
5) Plaza Artesanos
