Day Of The Dead Los Cabos
Día de Los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, is a Mexican holiday celebrated on the first two days of November. It is a time when families and friends come together to remember and honor loved ones that have passed on. But don’t let the subject matter fool you, it is a festive and joyous occasion. Families create altars and decorate them with pictures of passed family members. The local community offers workshops for visitors, so they can experience this holiday firsthand.
Gastrovino Baja Food And Wine Festival
The Gastrovino food and wine festival is a yearly event that kicks-off on November 10th and lasts for 3 full days. Visitors enjoy some of the best wines in Mexico. And each night offers a different dining experience. A tour of the restaurants of Todos Santos is central to the festival. Visitors receive a map and have the choice to join the guided tour, or explore for themselves. Each night ends with a different party, usually set to a theme that brings wine, food, and music together. Canceled for the past two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, La Paz Carnival will return in 2023. The event will take place between February 16th and 21st.
