The Big Cabo Fest returns in June 2023 for what is expected to be another sell-out year. This fantastic country music event brings the best of Texas to Los Cabos. Hosted by the “Dos Borrachos” Roger Creager and Kevin Fowler, the Big Cabo Fest has quickly gained a reputation for putting on one of the most entertaining shows in all of Los Cabos. And guests get a lot more than music, with excursions and sporting competitions also built into this action-packed festival.
What To Expect
Guests can expect more than just luxurious resort amenities, the Big Cabo Fest features exclusive country music performances, including shows by hosts Roger Creager and Kevin Fowler. As well as many more fantastic music acts, such as the fantastic Ray Johnston Band being the first confirmed guest act, with more to be confirmed soon.
In addition to the live concerts, the festival’s non-stop schedule includes a variety of activities for guests to enjoy, including a welcome party, acoustic poolside parties, a fishing rodeo, and a golf tournament.
And for those looking for an extra dose of adventure, the festival also offers a “boot scoot group” boat excursion. This private charter takes guests on a sunset cruise that includes breathtaking views of the Arch at Land’s End and the Cabo San Lucas Bay, all while enjoying an open bar, fajita dinner, and entertainment from an onboard DJ. Transportation is included in this excursion, which is an optional activity with an additional fee. The festival will conclude after 4 days with a grand finale concert that is not to be missed.
When And Where
The Big Cabo Fest takes place from June 11-15, 2023 at the Hotel Riu Palace Baja California and the Hotel Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas, which are conveniently located next to each other in Cabo San Lucas. Guests of the Riu Hotel Cabo San Lucas and Riu Hotel Palace Baja California will have access to the Big Cabo Fest shows, as well as the hotel bars and restaurants. It is worth noting that some restaurants may have restricted access for guests not staying at that hotel.
In addition to the included events and amenities, the Big Cabo Fest also offers a number of optional excursions, including skydiving and snorkeling. There is also a limited availability VIP package with more details to be announced. And don’t miss the Riu pool party, where guests from all the hotels will gather in one pool for a true Cabo experience.
