The Rooftop at The Cape a Thompson Hotel 

The Rooftop at The Cape, located at the Thompson Hotel, has a limited menu consisting mostly of Mexican-inspired bites and a decent line-up of signature cocktails and tequilas, along with other beverages.  The main reason to visit this upscale rooftop restaurant, though, is the fantastic views of the famous Arch of Cabo San Lucas and the Sea of Cortez.  The restaurant also features live music nightly and a fire pit to gather around on chilly evenings.

Manta at The Cape, a Thompson Hotel 

The views From Manta, which is also located at the Thompson Hotel, are no less spectacular than the views from The Rooftop.  The restaurant features a menu inspired by different cultures, including Mexican and Japanese, and the restaurant’s chef is committed to using locally sourced, sustainable ingredients.  Both indoor and outdoor seating is available, and both offer amazing views of Land’s End, the Arch, and San Lucas Bay.

Milky Beach Cabo San Lucas 

Milky Beach Club is a one-of-a-kind experience that is enhanced by its amazing location on Medano Beach and its laid-back vibe.  The restaurant features a decent-sized menu that includes steaks and seafood alongside various Mexican dishes and ceviche that is said by some to be the best in Cabo.  The main attraction of this establishment, though, is the view of the beach and sea, which can be enjoyed from loft, deck, or beach seating.

Neptune Seafood 

Located at the Villa del Arco Resort & Spa, Neptune Seafood’s claim to fame is the unbelievable views of the Sea of Cortez and the Arch of Cabo San Lucas, but its location right on the water makes it even better.  The menu is full of delicious seafood dishes that are prepared with local catches using French techniques without losing the essence of Baja cuisine.  There is indoor and outdoor seating, but sitting outside provides the best views up and down Medano beach.

Sunset Monalisa 

Sunset Monalisa was voted #1 in the Top Picture Perfect Restaurants in the World category in the TripAdvisor Traveler’s Choice awards, and for those that have been, this shouldn’t come as a surprise.  It is a cliffside restaurant that claims the best views of Land’s End and the Arch and offers three different seating options and dining experiences.  The high-end restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine on a prix fixe menu basis in two of the venues and a more varied regular menu in the third venue.
