Los Cabos is vastly renowned for its many luxury resorts, leading hundreds of thousands of tourists looking for the ultimate opulent holiday to choose this place for their vacation.

Plenty of properties in the area are regularly mentioned by world-renowned magazines such as Forbes in their articles, thanks to their state-of-the-art services and top-notch amenities.

Not by chance, the famous platform Travel + Leisure recently included two Los Cabos hotels in its 14 Best All-inclusive, Adults-only Resorts in Mexico list. But which Los Cabos properties managed to achieve such a prestigious recognition?

Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort

Located on a secluded beach away from the bustling Cabo San Lucas, Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort is the ideal place for couples wanting to enjoy some well-deserved quality time away from kids.

This property features 201 rooms, and guests can make use of a vast array of amenities.

With four dining options, the classy Armonia Spa where to relax, and the unique Jack Nicklaus Signature course at Quivira Golf Club, there is no way of getting bored here.

Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort also offers its guests the possibility to take part in unique activities such as the ‘Hook and Cook’ experience, in which you can follow the resort’s chef while he prepares some of his most delicious fish dishes.

According to Travel + Leisure, rates start from $455 per night.

Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos

Despite having opened its doors to the public in late 2023, the Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos is already among tourists’ favorites.

This ‘intimate hotel within a hotel’ features 79 suites decorated with a bohemian-chic design and over 900 square feet of space.

On top of this, each suite comes equipped with a Jacuzzi and a private terrace with stunning views.

At the Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos, people will also find a sparkling infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean and will be given access to a private stretch of beach.

This property has its own exclusive restaurants but each guest staying here is also given access to the Grand Velas dining options located next door.

Unfortunately, however, compared to Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort, this resort is quite expensive, with rates starting from $1,240 per night.

Marquis Los Cabos

Even though this property did not make the Travel + Leisure list, it is still considered one of the top choices in Los Cabos and was recently chosen by Forbes for its 15 Best Adults-Only All-Inclusive Resorts in Mexico List.

We’re talking about the one and only Marquis Los Cabos. Located in the city of San José del Cabo, this property was chosen by Forbes’ experts thanks to its beachfront pools and the delicious onsite restaurant, Canto Del Mar.

Guests opting for this stay will be able to choose among several a la carte meals in four different restaurants.

Among these are an international buffet with stunning views over the Sea of Cortez, an Italian cuisine al fresco, a seven-course French menu, and Teppanyaki tables.

But this is not all. Guests here will have the chance to savor fresh seafood directly from the resort’s pools while getting access to premium alcoholic beverages for the ultimate luxury.

On top of this, Marquis Los Cabos offers night entertainment and daily activities to its guests, making this the perfect place for those who don’t have the time to organize every detail of their Los Cabos trip.

Last but not least, it’s important to remember that this property is now trying to reduce its environmental impact through a number of initiatives.

For instance, this resort is recycling its leftover cooking oil to then turn it into biodiesel fuel and is now starting to use salt water in all its bathrooms. Marquis Los Cabos also takes part in a sea turtle protection program to protect these majestic animals.
