The Four Seasons brand is launching new private properties within its Cabo-based resort. These ocean-side villas are located on the side of the Sea of Cortez in the Baja Peninsula. North of the main Los Cabos area. The resort is actually an hour and a half away from the San Jose del Cabo city center. Right next to Cabo Pulmo, which is the best diving spot that the Cabo region has to offer.

Currently, some of the villas at the resort are for sale. With the on-property residences going for 2.5 million dollars and the larger villas starting at 8 million dollars. The hotel also rents out villas and these residences just like they do with the rooms at the main hotel building.

Investors may be interested in these properties not only for the private marina and the different resort amenities but for the fact that the property can essentially be managed by the Four Seasons resort. Prices for a night at the rooms within the main hotel building start at 1,700 dollars. With the large presidential villa and some of the other homes on the property being rented out for over 10,000 dollars a night.

A Unique Experience Within Los Cabos

As previously stated, the Four Seasons resort at Costa Palmas is precisely located on Costa Palmas beach. The area is an hour and a half away from San Jose del Cabo. This prompts most of the resort’s guests to stay on the property. Within the newly inaugurated villas and residences, guests won’t have to worry about heading out to any other part of Los Cabos if they’re not keen to do so.

The larger villas come with complimentary butler service as well as a personal chef for the group staying at the property. The personal chef service can be booked upon request. Virtually all of the residences feature their own pool. This allows guests to fully immerse themselves in their own private world if they wish to do so. One of the major drawbacks of staying on the outskirts of Cabo is the fact that popular tourist hot spots are going to be rather far away.

To combat this, the resort has essentially built a private shopping district within the Four Seasons campus at Costa Palmas. The area features a newly inaugurated nightclub called Chiki. This venue was designed by Martin Brudnizki. The man behind Miami’s Soho Beach House club and Pink Mama in Paris. Cafes, shops, and restaurants are also a part of the private shopping district on campus.

Why Guests Without A Boat Benefit From Having A Private Marina

There’s no question that having the resort feature a private marina is a move by Four Seasons to lure in potential investors that may be interested in purchasing these private villas and parking their yachts in their own backyards. That being said, guests at the resort that don’t own a private yacht can also benefit from having an on-site marina.

Guests are going to be able to book different types of boating and fishing trips that are provided by the resort. Vessels owned by the Four Seasons hotel are used for these tours. Most of these amenities, though, do feature an extra cost. With the resort being so far away from downtown Cabo it may make sense to pay the extra fee to avoid wasting time commuting.

Having the marina on the property means that hotel guests won’t need to drive down to the Cabo San Lucas facility. Driving down to the main marina would involve a two-hour car ride to and from the resort. Plus, as referenced, the resort is located virtually within Cabo Pulmo, the best spot for snorkeling and diving within the region. Another of the amenities that the resort offers are private hiking in Fox Canyon. This is yet another popular spot for outdoor activities in the region. Guests can also request preferential access to the two golf courses on the resort property.
