Los Cabos may be gaining popularity for its luxury experiences and hotels, beautiful landscapes and outdoor activities, and excellent dining scene, but all of these combine to make it the hottest new destination for bachelor parties.

Unsurprisingly, Los Cabos makes the perfect getaway for a bachelor party, particularly for American travelers. Just a short flight from the U.S., and with beautiful beaches, lively bars, outdoor activities, and virtually year-round sunshine, it has everything you could need.

Los Cabos Has Diverse Accommodation

Los Cabos has something for everyone in terms of where to stay. Many bachelor parties might be looking to keep things hassle-free, in which case, all-inclusives are the way to go.

Grand Solmar, Grand Velas, and the Hard Rock Hotel are all ideal all-inclusive options where parties will have rooms, food, drinks, and plenty of entertainment included.

Alternatively, Los Cabos has seen its Airbnb market grow exponentially, so booking a luxury villa is also a fun option for a bachelor party. Many villas have ocean views and private pools and are within easy reach of the tourist area.

Some of the best bars in Los Cabos include El Squid Roe and Mandala, although the tourist zone is filled with many different options, from laid-back wine bars to bars with live music.

Los Cabos also has multiple clubs, such as Coco Bongo and the famous Cabo Wabo Cantina, which all have live DJs and plenty to drink, while others have pools, foam parties, and more.

Those looking to continue the evening can head to Splash Gentlemen’s Club, which has its own SkyBar and cabaret shows, or do the CaboCrawl, which is a $75 bar crawl that visits three-quarters of all the bars in Los Cabos and includes unlimited drinks.

Outdoor Activities

Los Cabos has no end of things to do during the day for a bachelor party. The region has some of Mexico’s best beaches, such as El Medano, Chileno, and Playa Amor, along with a range of water-based activities.

Some fun ideas for groups include speed boat trips, whale watching, deep sea fishing, and parasailing, as well as sunset tours to the Arch of Cabo San Lucas, dinner cruises, and yacht parties.

Back on land, Los Cabos has multiple scenic golf courses and adventurous activities such as ATV tours, zip-lining, hiking, and 4×4 rides.

Bachelor parties should also consider heading to a beach club, such as Taboo or Breathless, which is open during the day for pool parties, or hotel rooftops, which usually have daytime entertainment, pools, and drinks.

World-Class Dining

Endless partying requires lots of refueling, and Los Cabos has restaurants serving almost every cuisine imaginable, from local Mexican food to steak, fresh seafood, pizzas, and more.

For those looking to splash out and treat the groom-to-be to a luxury dinner, restaurants such as Nobu or Sunset Monalisa have stunning beachfront locations with Michelin-star food.

At the other end of the scale, more affordable restaurants serving tasty food include Los Tres Gallos-a tourist and local favorite, and Tabasco Beach restaurant, so you won’t even have to leave the sand.

The dining in Los Cabos is affordable, and food will be included at all-inclusive hotels, as well as on some tours such as lunch or dinner cruises. Visitors should look out for ‘Restaurant Tuesdays’ in San Jose del Cabo, where many local restaurants have outdoor seating and great local food.
