Everyone can enjoy a little live music every now and then, and there is no better time to let loose than when you’re on vacation. And even though Los Cabos is a destination primarily known for its stunning beaches, luxurious all-inclusive resorts, and exciting water activities, there are also quite a few great places to see live music. Some have live music every night, while others just on certain days of the week.
Here are the top seven places in Los Cabos to get your live music fix:
The Office
The Office is located on Cabo San Lucas’s most famous beach, El Medano, with seating directly on the beach available. In addition to having live music every day, the bar/restaurant also has an extensive seafood menu and offers other items like steaks and burgers as well. The Office is open every day from 7 am – 10 pm, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Maria Corona
Maria Corona is located in downtown Cabo San Lucas and offers authentic Mexican cuisine along with live entertainment, like a trio playing Mexican ballads or a Mexican folklore ballet. The restaurant, which has been open since 2009, is known for its tableside-made guacamole. Maria Corona is open every day from 1:00 – 10:00 pm and is situated conveniently near the Cabo San Lucas Marina.

Cabo Wabo
Cabo Wabo, the concept visualized by famous American rockstar Sammy Hagar, is famous for its live music venue and party vibe, and, in fact, it isn’t uncommon to see famous musicians show up to perform. It is located just outside of the marina area in Cabo San Lucas and is a hotspot among tourists visiting Los Cabos. Although the food is not authentic Mexican, the restaurant does have an extensive menu, and it’s open late, from 9 am – 1 am every day.
Pancho’s Restaurant
Not only is the food fantastic at Pancho’s, but the restaurant is a destination in and of itself, with a friendly, upbeat atmosphere that makes you feel like you could sit for hours. In addition to having live music in the evenings, Pancho’s also offers three different types of tequila tastings – basic, deluxe, and premium. The restaurant and tequila bar is open every day from 3:30 – 10:30 pm and is located near the marina in Cabo San Lucas.
The Jungle Bar
The Jungle Bar, also located in the Cabo San Lucas Marina area, is a small dive bar that is hugely popular among tourists and locals alike. It’s known for its live music featuring local rock and roll bands, typically in the evenings, and for having great drink specials. The Jungle Bar is open late but exact opening hours are not listed anywhere.
Bar Esquina
While Bar Esquina is mostly known for its delicious food, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they also feature live music daily as well. The restaurant has both indoor dining and outdoor terrace dining, and the atmosphere makes visitors feel like they have something to celebrate even when just there for dinner. Bar Esquina is located outside of the Cabo San Lucas Marina and is open from 8 am to 11 pm daily.
Baja Brewing Company
Baja Brewing has two locations, one only steps from Medano Beach, Cabo San Lucas’s most famous beach, and the other is San Jose del Cabo, which is one of the two locations where the beer is actually brewed. In addition to having great beer, and a Mexican-inspired menu, both Baja Brewing locations also feature live music regularly. The Cabo San Lucas location is open from 8 am to midnight daily, and the San Jose del Cabo location is open from 12 pm until late every day.
