Cocina de Autor Los Cabos (One Michelin Star)
Located at the luxurious Grand Velas Los Cabos resort in the Tourist Corridor (with a San Jose del Cabo address), Cocina de Autor is an avant-garde dining experience led by the acclaimed Chef Sidney Schutte (who also holds two Michelin stars for his restaurant Spectrum in Amsterdam). A Note on Michelin in Los Cabos:
The arrival of the Michelin Guide in Mexico is a huge milestone, and Los Cabos is clearly making its mark! While these are the current starred restaurants in the region based on the 2024 guide, it’s worth noting that other fantastic establishments in both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo received Michelin Green Stars for sustainability or were recognized as “Recommended” restaurants. So, the entire area is buzzing with incredible culinary talent.
