With properties such as the Grand Velas Los Cabos, Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal, and Marquis Los Cabos regularly ranked among the best in Mexico, it is not too surprising that Los Cabos is now one of the most popular destinations in the country when it comes to luxury tourism.

Every year, new massive hotel corporations decide to buy land here and build new establishments to welcome more tourists to this Mexican municipality. 

But what are some of the upcoming resorts that will soon open their doors to the public in Los Cabos? 

Here is our list of the top 5 resorts that will open in Los Cabos in 2024.

St. Regis Los Cabos at Quivira 

Located in the famous Quivira community, the St Regis Los Cabos property should open in mid-2024, meaning that travelers heading to this Mexican municipality in the summer may be among the first to try its amenities.

With a total of 120 rooms and 60 private residences, guests here will be spoiled for choices. 

Among the amenities featured by these establishments are three signature dining restaurants, exclusive access to a private beach club, a distinctive spa, infinity pools, and much, much more. 

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo del Sol

Planned to open in early 2024, Four Seasons Resort and Residences will be located in the renowned coveted community of Cabo Del Sol. 

This modern ‘hacienda-style village’ will be home to 96 guest rooms and suites as well as 61 residences, villas, and estates. 

With amazing views of the Sea of Cortez, guests here will be able to choose how to spend their days among a vast variety of luxurious activities. 

Whether you want to make the most of the on-site full-service spa or enjoy some golf in the nearby Cabo Del Sol golf course, this is the place for you. 

Soho House & Beach Club

Unlike the other establishments on our list, unfortunately, not much is still known about this upcoming opening. According to local news, Soho House & Beach Club will open in the second half of this year and will be located on one of the most scenic beaches in Cabo del Sol.

This property will feature a palapa bar, a fitness center, and an on-site restaurant. Apart from this, not much has been disclosed yet regarding Soho House & Beach Club. 

Despite this, with over 40 locations across the world, the upcoming Soho House & Beach Club will no doubt attract people from all corners of the globe. 

Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol

With over 163 ocean-view rooms, eleven villas, and three luxury apartments, there is no doubt that the upcoming Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol’s opening will be a great success. 

This property will feature plenty of amenities, including two pools, a beach club, an exclusive spa, and a kid’s club so that parents will be able to get some well-deserved quality time while their children are taken care of. 

Unfortunately, it is still unclear when this establishment will open its doors to the public, but according to local news, guests will be able to rent a room or residence here by the end of the year. 

Similar to the upcoming Four Seasons Resort and Residences, Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol will be located in the renowned Cabo del Sol community. 

This means that tourists opting for this stay will be able to enjoy the exclusive Jack Niklaus-designed golf course present here. 

Amanvari at Costa Palmas

Last on our list, is the Amanvari at Costa Palmas. Unlike the other properties on our list, this establishment is set to open in 2025. 

Located where ‘the sea, the wild desert, and the farmland meet,’ this is the ideal place for those wanting to escape from the massive crowds typical of Los Cabos and reconnect with the most unspoiled Mexican nature. 

Amanvari at Costa Palmas will be situated in Baja’s East Cape and will feature Aman private residences, multiple restaurants, a unique spa, as well as access to a private beach.
