New Luxury Los Cabos Hyatt Resort Announces Early 2025 Opening

Several new hotels are in the works in Los Cabos right now, some of which will open this year and others with planned openings sometime next year.   

One of these is a new luxury Hyatt resort being built in Los Cabos that has announced an early 2025 opening.   

The Park Hyatt Los Cabos will be located within the exclusive Cabo Del Sol resort community, just minutes outside of downtown Cabo San Lucas.   

Let’s look at what you can expect from this new luxury Los Cabos resort. 

A Stunning Beachfront Location 

Situated on the soft sands of the Baja Peninsula coastline, the location of the new Park Hyatt Los Cabos hotel couldn’t be better for a beach vacation.   

It affords stunning views of the Sea of Cortez.   

On top of that, you won’t have to go far to dip your toes in the water because there are several swimmable beaches nearby.   

Luxurious Accommodations  

Though we don’t know exactly what the accommodations at the new Park Hyatt will look like, we do know that rooms, suites, and villas will be available.   

They’ll boast an elegant design, room to spread out, a patio or terrace from which to enjoy the views, and spa-like bathrooms.   

Additionally, suites and villas will be extra special, with their own private plunge pools or lap pools.   

Culinary Offerings  

The new Park Hyatt Los Cabos is expected to have five unique culinary offerings upon opening next year.   

This includes the hotel’s signature restaurant that will serve Mediterranean cuisine with a Baja spin on it, and a Mexican restaurant that will be open throughout the day.   

Additionally, there will be a coffee shop, a pool bar, and a beach club/ bar, all of which will also offer casual dining as well.   

Leisure Time Amenities 

There will be no shortage of things to do when staying at the new Park Hyatt in Los Cabos.   

Not only is there everything Los Cabos has to offer right at your fingertips, but there is plenty to do at the hotel as well.   

There will be a 24-hour fitness center, access to golf, five pools, and even a kid’s club to keep the younger ones busy.   

Wellness Experiences 

A state-of-the-art spa will be the perfect addition for those not just looking for adventure but for a little downtime too, for some much-needed relaxation.   

At more than 20,000 square feet, it will have a little something for everyone.   

A lap pool, a nail salon, and even a yoga studio are all the perfect additions to a relaxing spa day and one or more of the many treatments that will be offered.   

The Property 

The property of the Park Hyatt Los Cabos itself, overlooking the Sea of Cortez, is anything but ordinary.   

It comes with sweeping views of the beaches and the sea and spreads out for what seems like miles and miles along the dramatic coastline.   

To add to the beauty of it all, the design of the hotel itself is meant to blend with the surrounding nature, blurring the lines between natural and man-made beauty.
