In the last few years, Los Cabos has quickly established itself as one of the most popular destinations for luxury tourism in Mexico.
Not by chance, in 2023, several world-renowned celebrities, such as Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, and Micheal Jordan, were spotted vacationing here.
With luxurious activities such as sunset cruises, delicious fine-dining restaurants, and breathtaking beaches, it is not too surprising to see so many tourists heading here every year.
Massive hotel and resort corporations are surely not indifferent to Los Cabos’s popularity, and this is why, every year, several companies decide to invest in new properties in this municipality.
But what are some of the most anticipated openings in Los Cabos? Here are three stunning resorts that will soon open their doors to the public in this little paradise on Earth.
Todos Santos Boutique Hotel
Located about 47 miles (76 km) north of Cabo San Lucas, Todos Santos is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday without the massive crowds of tourists typical of cities such as San José del Cabo.
This little town is known for its lovely streets where charming boutiques sell their goods, its delicious cuisine, and its secluded beaches.
It is in this fascinating location that Todos Santos Boutique Hotel will soon open its doors to the public.
This property will feature ten rooms, each of which will have its own individual design and feature a unique mural created by the famous artist Neftale Espino.
The murals will narrate the story of the Baja California Sur peninsula while giving each room a unique vibe.
Apart from these, Todos Santos Boutique Hotel will have a rooftop terrace, a heated pool, and other state-of-the-art amenities to spoil its guests.
In terms of food and beverages, this property will serve delicious cocktails from the award-winning bar Lucorería Limantour, located in Mexico City.
The opening is expected for January 2024. The price for a double room is now set to $1343 per night.
Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol
Park Hyatt surely doesn’t need an introduction. With over 1350 hotels and all-inclusive resorts in 69 countries, this is one of the most successful multinational hospitality companies in the world.
One of their new properties, Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol, is expected to open in July 2024, even though the official date still has to be announced.
With two miles of breathtaking beachfront overlooking the Sea of Cortez, 163 rooms with ocean view and plunge pools, and 19 opulent villas, plenty of people are now excitedly expecting its opening.
Each room in Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol was designed by the architectural firm SOMA. The cost of a double room is now set to $1,000 per night but it may increase in the future.
Some of the amenities this resort will feature include a fitness and wellness center, a spa, and several pools for when the sea is inaccessible due to dangerous water conditions.
Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol will be located in the famous Cabo del Sol development, where guests will have access to one of the best and most scenic golf courses in the world.
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo del Sol
Last on our list is the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo del Sol. Similarly to the Park Hyatt Resort, this property will be located in the Cabo del Sol development and will feature miles of stunning beachfront.
With 96 rooms, ocean-view pools, a state-of-the-art spa, and 10 treatment rooms, there is no doubt this resort will be a success.
The Four Seasons Resort and Residences will also be home to a fitness center overseen by trainer Harley Pasternak, known for being Oprah’s favorite couch!
This resort is set to open in February 2024, but the date may be postponed. According to current estimates, a double room will cost approximately $1600.
