Los Cabos is, without a doubt, one of the most popular destinations in Mexico.

Considered one of the most luxurious municipalities in the country, this place has welcomed world-renowned celebrities such as Michal Jordan, Emma Robers, and Justin Timberlake.

In light of this, it is not too surprising that some of the most popular hotel corporations in the world are now choosing this location to open their new properties. But what are some of the new all-inclusive resorts that will soon open their doors to Los Cabos tourists?

Here are the top 3 luxury resorts coming to Los Cabos next year.

Four Seasons Resort and Residence

First on our list is the already famous Four Seasons Resort and Residence. This property should open in early 2024 and will be located in Cabo del Sol.

The structure will feature 96 guest rooms and suites, all of which will have stunning ocean views. On top of this, tourists can expect to find 61 residences, villas, and estates facing the ocean.

Talking about amenities, Four Seasons Resort and Residence will have three oceanfront pools as well as ten garden spa treatment rooms for the complete relaxation of its guests.

Parents with kids will be able to leave their children at the teen center while enjoying the clubhouse featuring 1,445 square meters of indoor and outdoor event space.

St. Regis Los Cabos at Quivira

Second on our list is the St. Regis Los Cabos at Quivira. This property was supposed to be open by the end of 2023, but this massive corporation still hasn’t made any announcement, leading many to believe that the new opening will be set sometime in 2024.

The property will be located on the shores of the Sea of Cortez and will occupy roughly 2.5 miles on the coast.

Defined as ‘luxury at its finest’, St. Regis Los Cabos at Quivira will feature 120 ocean-view rooms, 74 residences with butler service as well as a number of amenities to keep its guests entertained.

Among these, there will be a saltwater lagoon, a spa, three signature restaurants, and multiple pools.

Park Hyatt Hotel Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol

Last on our list is the Park Hyatt Hotel Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol. Even though this property was supposed to open its doors to visitors by 2024, it now seems that the date may be postponed.

It is still unclear when this resort will start to welcome tourists but what is certain is that this property will become the first Hyatt resort in the area.

Park Hyatt Hotel Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol will feature 163 guest rooms with ocean views and 19 villas and residences.

Similar to the other resorts coming to Los Cabos in 2024, this property will have state-of-the-art amenities, including a spa, a fitness and wellness center, several pools, 35.000 square feet dedicated to meetings and events spaces, and, the cherry on the cake, a golf course!

Talking about food, Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol will be home to two main restaurants. One of the two will serve Mediterranean-inspired dishes, while the other will focus on Mexican cuisine.Beware of scams

Given the new openings, people wanting to enjoy a luxurious holiday in Los Cabos may now be impatient to book their ideal guest room with an ocean view.

However, it is important to prevent excitement from taking control and be extremely cautious when booking one of these properties as several scams have been taking place in the municipality of Los Cabos in the last few years.

One of the most common ones consists of fake websites selling reservations for popular hotels and resorts that haven’t opened yet.

Even though authorities are constantly working on these issues, visitors are always advised to contact these corporations directly before booking a room.
