According to its wellness experts, Spa Otomí, located at the Westin Los Cabos Resort and Spa, is among the best and was therefore given the 21st place.

But is booking a treatment there worth it? And what should tourists know about this place before heading there?

Everything you need  to know about Westin Los Cabos Resort and Spa

This great resort, part of the Westin Vacation Club and owned by Marriott Hotels and Resort, faces the Sea of Cortez and is only a quick drive away from Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, the two main cities in this municipality.

Here, guests can choose one of the many accommodations offered by this luxurious resort, including studios, two-bedroom villas, three-bedroom villas, presidential suites, and more.

The Westin Los Cabos Resort and Spa has plenty of services accessible to its guests, including an outdoor infinity pool, a fitness studio, several tennis courts, as well as a Westin Kids Club to entertain your kids while you fully enjoy your vacation.

With six on-site restaurants and bars, guests here will be able to try out different cuisines from all over the world. But let’s talk about their award-winning spa!

Everything you need to know about Spa Otomí

Spe Otomí offers various healing treatments to relax the mind and body. With fitness facilities to complete the experience, the treatments offered here are inspired by ancient Mexican traditions, making the most out of local natural remedies.

Guests will be able to choose from a vast selection of services, including facials, manicures and pedicures, massages, and waxing treatments.

Some other popular resorts with great spas to visit in Los Cabos

Of course, Spa Otomí is not the only stunning spa present in Los Cabos. Several other resorts and hotels offer this service.

Among these, one of the most popular ones is, without a doubt, Spa at Montage. Inspired by traditional Mexican folklore, this place offers a variety of treatments, such as Mezcal massages, with local herbal poultices, as well as California Wildflower massages.

This location also features steam rooms and jetted hot and cold plunges for the ultimate beauty and wellness treatment.

Another popular choice is the Botánia Spa at Rancho Pescadero. With plenty of beauty and wellness treatments to choose from as well as spaces designed for meditation and yoga practices, this is the place to be if you need to let go of the stress accumulated throughout the year.

This spa is also home to on-site gardens where herbs and plants are cultivated to make ingredients used in treatments, such as balms and ointments.

Botánica Spa also offers its guests the possibility to try hydrotherapy, including aromatherapeutic eucalyptus steam rooms and natural Himalayan salt brick saunas.

Last but not least, we’re going to talk about a spa that should open its doors to Los Cabos’ tourists this February. The Se Spa at Grand Velas Boutique Hotel will feature four ocean-view treatment rooms and offer unique treatments, including the ‘Ice and Fire Therapy’ and the ‘Sound of the Ocean’ treatments.

Here, guests will also get access to the hotel’s signature wellness ceremony, consisting of a steam room, a sauna, an ice room, and a jacuzzi!

The Se Spa will be located in the newly built Grand Velas Boutique Hotel. This adult-only resort opened to the public only recently and features 79 luxurious suites to choose from.

Some of the state-of-the-art amenities tourists will find here include a Technogym fitness center equipped with the best training machines and a botanically designed infinity pool where tourists can relax whenever the sea is not accessible due to the dangerous condition of its waters.
