Grand Velas Los Cabos is one of the most highly-rated luxury all-inclusives in the vacation destination.
It also has one of the biggest price tags, coming in at over $1,600 a night for weekend dates in January.
But soon travelers will be able to experience Grand Velas luxury on a smaller scale and budget, as the new Grand Velas Boutique Hotel in Los Cabos is now accepting reservations for December.
The Location
The Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos is located between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, along the famous Tourist Corridor.
Located on the Sea of Cortez, this exclusive area is known for being a quieter part of town where travelers go for rest, relaxation, and amazing views.
It’s also close enough to both cities to enjoy all that they have to offer.
The Hotel
The adult-only, all-suite Grand Velas Boutique Hotel has 79 spacious suites, each almost 900 square feet or more.
Each unit features a private terrace, an outdoor jacuzzi or plunge pool, luxurious bedding, and a pillow menu for the ultimate comfort.
Amenities include luxury toiletries, bathrobes, sandals, beach bags to use, welcome bottles of wine and mezcal, and aromatherapy.
The All-Inclusive Service
All-inclusive resorts are not a new concept, but the modern all-inclusives today are much different from what they used to be, at least in Los Cabos they are.
And the all-inclusive service at the Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos is anything but ordinary.
It includes a fully-stocked premium minibar with drinks and snacks that are refilled on a daily basis and unlimited beverages and dining at the hotel property itself, as well as at the Grand Velas Los Cabos.
Dining Options
Both the Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos and Grand Velas Los Cabos have fine dining and casual eating options.
At the boutique hotel, there are two main dining options, the casual Del Mar and the gourmet Loto Robata Grill, three bars, and an Agave Tasting Room.
At the much larger Grand Velas Los Cabos, there are an additional five gourmet restaurants that guests from the boutique hotel can enjoy too.
The Property
While the Grand Velas Boutique Hotel property isn’t nearly as grand in scale as that of its sister property, it still has plenty to enjoy.
Guests can wash their worries away in a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the Sea of Cortez or relax on one of the property’s oceanfront terraces.
Additionally, there are numerous spa treatments available to refresh and rejuvenate at SE Spa.
Planning A Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos Vacation
The Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos is not open yet but is accepting reservations.
The first date available on the website booking platform is December 21st and there are already some dates this winter that are unavailable.
So if you want to be one of the first to experience this brand-new luxury resort, you’ll want to start looking at dates soon.
Until then, the hotel’s two sister properties, Grand Velas Los Cabos and Mar de Cabo, both highly-rated luxury resorts, are available for booking.
The Price Of Superior Luxury
As mentioned earlier, the great thing about the Grand Velas Boutique Hotel is that you’re getting Grand Velas luxury at a slightly more affordable price.
For the same dates that the Grand Velas Los Cabos runs $1,600 a night, you can stay at the boutique hotel for just over $1,000 a night.
And the best thing is, you’ll still get to enjoy the gourmet restaurants at the pricier Grand Velas Los Cabos resort, included with your stay.
