Forbes just published its Ultimate Guide To 2024-2025 Luxury Los Cabos Openings.

Here are the top five resorts, according to this renowned magazine, that will soon open their doors to Los Cabos guests! 

Four Season Cabo del Sol 

Set to open in 2024, this resort will be located in the famous Hacienda-style village of Cabo del Sol. 

Right in the center of Cabo San Lucas, this property will be home to 96 guest rooms and suites and will also feature a collection of residences and villas surrounding a central pool only a few steps away from the majestic Pacific Ocean. 

Some of the suites here will offer unique amenities, including oceanfront views, private plunge pools, cozy fire pits, and indoor and outdoor showers. 

Soho House & Beach Club

According to Forbes, this establishment should open its doors to Los Cabos tourists in the second half of 2024. 

With 70 rooms featuring a down-to-earth design, here guests will find a unique atmosphere typical of this exclusive hotel chain. 

Some of the amenities featured by Soho House & Beach Club include a pool, a fitness facility, on-site restaurants, and a palapa bar. 

It’s important to remember that this hotel chain is particularly known for its members-only approach, giving visitors a way more intimate experience. 

Amanvari

Unlike the other resorts mentioned above, Amanvari is set to open in 2025. This stunning building will feature glass walls and open designs to help its guests feel fully immersed in the breathtaking nature typical of Baja California Sur.

Tourists can choose between resort rooms or one of the 24 residences. This establishment will also feature a distinctive spa and several dining venues. 

Park Hyatt Los Cabos

Park Hyatt is also soon set to open the doors of its new Los Cabos resort. The date is now set to June 2024. 

This establishment will feature 163 luxury rooms and villas, some of which will have stunning views over the Sea of Cortez, plunge pools, and terraces. The rustic designs of the rooms will showcase the traditional style of Baja California Sur and will be in perfect contrast with the building’s contemporary exteriors. 

Some of the amenities offered by the upcoming Park Hyatt will also include two pools, a spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. 

Guests here will also have the chance to level up their golf game at the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course.

St. Regis

Lastly, Forbes mentions St Regis. This property will be located on 33 oceanfront acres of beach in the community of Quivira. 

Guests can choose between private residences and suites. Some of the amenities found here include a beach club, seven pools, and plenty of on-site restaurants. 

On top of this, St. Regis will also have an exclusive spa, where visitors will get access to several natural treatments, secluded gardens to immerse themselves in nature fully, and a golf course where to spend their afternoon! 

A few resorts that opened recently

But what about those heading to Los Cabos soon? Luckily, there are a few resorts that have recently opened their doors to tourists. 

One of the most popular is surely the Adult-Only Grand Velas Boutique. Each room here features over 900 sq. ft. of space and is equipped with a spacious living room, bathroom, and bedroom. 

This property also features its own unique SE Spa and several restaurants serving Japanese cuisine and other delicacies. 

Lastly, for those heading outside of Los Cabos, Hotel Indigo is the perfect stay! Located close to La Paz, this hotel is a few minutes from plenty of attractions, dining venues, and entertainment sites.

This resort has plenty of amenities, including a golf course, a lap pool, an infinity pool, and a spa. Last but not least, people heading here can also make use of the local beach club and the two on-site restaurants offering international dishes.
