When it comes to choosing where to stay for your Los Cabos vacation the options are endless, no matter what type of accommodation you’re looking for.

Soon, there will be one more option as well, from the luxury brand Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.     

A New Offering From Rosewood  

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has an epic project planned for Los Cabos, the Rosewood Residences Old Lighthouse.   

It will be a place where you can have your own little slice of paradise.   

Vacation homes in the community can be purchased, but the luxury brand is preparing to introduce luxurious Los Cabos vacation rentals that come with stunning views too.   

The Rosewood Residences Old Lighthouse Project  

The area in which the new Rosewood Residences will be built has a long history in Los Cabos.   

It will be set amidst the cliffs, high above the sea, where the oldest lighthouse in the region is situated.   

El Faro Viejo, which translates to “The Old Lighthouse,” was built in 1905 and sits at the 7th hole of the famed Jack Nicklaus Signature-designed Quivira Golf Course.   

The Rosewood Residences  

Not just the dramatic seaside location, but the residences themselves at the Rosewood Residences Old Lighthouse will be stunning as well.   

According to the press release from Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, there will be a total of 144 residences, which are being designed by Gomez Vazquez International architects.   

They will range in size from between 4,000 and 10,000 square feet and will sit on lots that measure about three-quarters of an acre.   

Rosewood Residences Property Amenities 

The property that will surround the Rosewood Residences Old Lighthouse will be filled with amenities.   

In addition to having access to the aforementioned golf course in the Quivira resort community property, those lucky enough to visit Rosewood Residences will have access to an oceanfront entertainment facility.   

It will feature a five-star restaurant, a bar that hosts live entertainment, and outdoor event space.   

Other Rosewood Residences Property Amenities 

The Rosewood Residences property will also feature an outdoor oasis called The Beach Club.   

This is where owners and guests will be able to enjoy unbelievable views while enjoying exclusive outdoor amenities.   

There will be a spa, multiple pools, poolside cabanas, and beachfront dining.   

Additionally, there will be an athletic center located on the property as well.   

How Los Cabos Tourists Can Stay In A Los Cabos Rosewood Home 

Residences at Rosewood Residences Old Lighthouse will be offered for sale.   

According to the press release, the first offerings of properties for sale will begin later this year.   

In the press release, it is mentioned that residences will be available for rent as well, but no more details on how that will be structured were available at the time of printing.   

Rosewood In Los Cabos 

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts portfolio currently includes a total of 34 resorts, hotels, and residences.   

One of them, Las Ventanas Al Paraiso, A Rosewood Resort, is located in Los Cabos.   

The luxury resort, which is in the town of San Jose del Cabo, was just voted as one of the best in Los Cabos in Travel & Leisure’s World’s Best Awards and has won multiple other awards since its opening.
