Los Cabos isn’t just a vacation destination loved by the average tourist but by celebrities looking for an amazing beach destination to escape from everyday life too.
Well-known celebrities flock to Los Cabos all the time, and famous faces like Megan Fox, Kylie Jenner, Reese Witherspoon, and the Jonas Brothers have all recently visited the destination.
The most recent household name to land on one of the vacation hotspot’s luxury hotel guest lists is U.S. Women’s Basketball superstar Caitlin Clark, who was spotted vacationing in Los Cabos recently.
Caitlin’s Cabo Vacation
For many busy celebrities, there’s no better way to unwind than a quick Cabo vacation.
Caitlin Clark took the cue from countless other well-known celebrities and headed off to Los Cabos, Cabo San Lucas specifically.
Some images of her vacation were shared on social media, showing her enjoying water activities and a boat ride during her vacation.

Friend’s That Joined Her
Caitlin Clark wasn’t the only WNBA player to need a break and decided that Cabo was the perfect place to get away to.
Two of Clark’s Indiana Fever roommates, Katie Lou Samuelson and Lexie Hull, reportedly accompanied her on the Los Cabos vacation, as well as MLB player Will Matthiessen.
Additionally, Caitlin Clark is seen in one image cozying up with her NBA basketball player boyfriend, Connor McCaffery.
Who Is Caitlin Clark?
Those who haven’t yet heard of Caitlin Clark must not be paying attention because hers has become a household name over the last several months.
She is a WNBA All-Star player who plays for the Indiana Fever.
She was also one of the greatest college women’s basketball players of all time when she played for the Iowa Hawkeyes and was the lead scorer in the NCAA Division I.
All Attention Is On Caitlin Clark
Since entering into the WNBA, selected by the Indiana Fever in the 2024 draft, Caitlin Clark has made quite the name for herself.
She set the record for the most assists in a single WNBA game and was the first rookie to ever score a triple-double.
In May of 2024, Caitlin Clark was named Rookie of the Month due to her superior performance, which included an average of 17.6 points per game.
No Sweating The Olympics Upset
As good as Caitlin Clark is, she didn’t make it to the U.S. women’s Olympic basketball team this year, but she doesn’t seem to be sweating it.
According to sources, Caitlin Clark didn’t meet certain criteria to make the cut, one of which was to attend the training camp in March.
Additionally, it’s been noted that the women’s Olympic basketball team selection committee just didn’t feel she had enough experience, despite her excellent performance.
A Much Needed Break
With the upset over the Olympic snub and all of the hard work Caitlin Clark has been doing, it’s no surprise she needed a little R&R.
She’s currently on a break following the mid-season WNBA All-Star Game, a break that will last longer this year due to the Olympics.
She and other players will have to be back on the court after August 14th.
What’s Next For Caitlin Clark
Not only will Caitlin Clark be back on the court in August, but she’ll be battling for the WNBA’s most coveted title.
She’s in the running for being the season’s MVP; some say nearly head-to-head with Chicago Sky’s Angel Reese.
Only time will tell if she wins the title, but one thing is for sure, and that’s that there’s no stopping Caitlin Clark anytime soon, and now that she’s had a break in Cabo, she’ll probably come back even better than ever.
