If you’ve been daydreaming about your next luxury getaway, let me tell you, Los Cabos is calling, and it’s bringing some serious opulence in 2025.
This sun-soaked paradise at the tip of Mexico’s Baja Peninsula is about to get even more jaw-dropping, and I honestly can’t wait to see it unfold.
Here’s what’s coming… six new over-the-top, high-end resorts backed by nearly $900 million in investments.
We’re talking big names like Park Hyatt and St. Regis setting up shop in a place that’s already dripping in luxury.

🌟 New Luxury Resorts That Have Me Counting Down the Days
Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol
This one is going to be a game-changer. Park Hyatt is finally landing in Mexico, and they’re going all out.
I mean, 163 rooms, five restaurants, a beach club, spa, a kids’ club, and a whole collection of insanely gorgeous residences? Yes, please!
If you’re feeling extra fancy, some of these ocean-view homes start at $10.5 million. I’m already picturing sunset cocktails on the terrace and morning dips in that infinity pool.

The St. Regis Los Cabos at Quivira
Coming in hot in 2025, this resort is spread out over 33 lush acres and has everything from 120 hotel rooms to 60 residences. If you’re into golf, you’re going to love the Quivira Golf Club with its unreal ocean views.
I’m also hyped about the spa and the seven pools (because why settle for just one?), not to mention a 30,000-square-foot ballroom that sounds like it was made for dream weddings and epic events.

Soho House & Beach Club Los Cabos
Now this one’s for my people who like their luxury served with a side of cool.
Soho House is finally making its Cabo debut, and it picked the perfect spot. It’s boutique-y with just 70 rooms, a private beach club, a palapa bar, and the kind of vibe that screams relaxed exclusivity.
I’m already dreaming about my first visit—a beachfront weekend with fresh seafood, good wine, and a killer playlist. I’ve only ever been to one other Soho House in the Cotswolds and what I saw was enough to make me want to see them all! I mean check them out…
Super pumped about this one!

And There’s More Coming…
Those aren’t the only resorts making waves. Here are three more luxury properties that’ll be adding to the glam factor in Los Cabos:
- Raffles Los Cabos: Making a grand return to the region, Raffles will open with 80 elegant rooms, 46 branded residences, and its iconic Raffles Long Bar.
- Rosewood Residences Old Lighthouse: This exclusive collection of homes is all about privacy, luxury, and blending seamlessly into the stunning coastal setting.
- Amanvari: Tucked away on the East Cape, Amanvari promises a peaceful hideaway with private villas, a luxe Aman Spa, and its own serene beach.

🏠 Los Cabos Is Not Slowing Down
I chatted with some friends in the know (a.k.a. I read up on Fiturca’s latest updates), and this surge of luxury development is just the beginning.
Rodrigo Esponda, who heads up the Los Cabos Tourism Trust, said they’re pouring over $900 million into new hotel infrastructure in the next three years. What’s wild is that these aren’t just hotels—they’re full-on lifestyle hubs with residential spaces, too.
It’s not just about having a place to stay anymore. It’s about living the experience. Think of it like this… instead of checking into a hotel, you’re checking into a way of life.
A lot of these resorts include homes you can actually buy, which, I won’t lie, has me looking at my savings account a little differently right now. (If only it was bigger 😭)

✈️ Getting There Just Got Easier
One of my biggest travel pet peeves is complicated flights, but Los Cabos has that covered, too.
Fiturca’s been hustling behind the scenes to ramp up air connectivity. In the next six months, they’re expecting over 1.2 million seats from the U.S. alone, plus nearly a million from within Mexico and tens of thousands from Canada.
That means way more chances to snag a flight that works with your schedule—no more long layovers or crazy connections.

🏖️ Why I Think You Should Put Los Cabos on Your Radar
I’ve always loved Los Cabos for its gorgeous beaches and laid-back luxe vibes. But now? It’s stepping up in a big way. Whether you’re into world-class golf, spa days, chef-driven cuisine, or just want a killer spot to chill by the ocean, this place is checking all the boxes.
And if you’ve ever dreamed of owning a vacation home somewhere that feels like paradise, these new resorts are making it possible to live the dream—with all the perks of a five-star hotel right outside your door.

So yeah, 2025 is shaping up to be a huge year for Los Cabos. With these luxe new resorts, easier travel options, and all the glam you could ask for, it’s not just keeping up with global luxury trends—it’s leading the way. If you’ve been thinking about treating yourself, whether for a quick escape or a long-term stay, trust me: Los Cabos should be at the top of your list.
Now excuse me while I go update my vision board and start planning my trip.
