In the last few years, Los Cabos has become synonymous with luxury tourism.

With all-inclusive resorts such as Grand Velas, Montage Los Cabos, and Las Ventanas Al Paraiso regularly ranked among the best properties in the country, it is not too surprising to see those wanting to treat themselves to an opulent holiday head here for their vacations.

Every year, the most successful hotel corporations in the world notice the potential of this little municipality and decide to open new exclusive resorts here.

But this is not all. Well-established hotels and properties constantly expand their offers by building new sections where tourists can enjoy state-of-the-art services, such as pools with ocean views, spas, fitness centers, and more.

This is the case at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos! But what should tourists know about this new extension?

Everything you need to know about the new Nobu Hotel extension

The new Nobu Hotel extension just opened its doors to the public. This consists of 60 exclusive residences where tourists can finally be at home in a foreign land.

Facing the Pacific Ocean, these new accommodations are characterized by the Japanese elegance and sophistication typical of Nobu Hotel.

Guests will be able to choose among four different property types. One-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, and even four-bedroom apartments, ideal for huge families or big groups of friends.

Some accommodations also feature a private pool, while others are equipped with terraces with desert views.

But there is more! The Nobu Hotel and Residences are now also home to the Muna Restaurant, serving Mediterranean-inspired dishes mixed with local ingredients and tastes.

The extension also features a pickleball court, and guests booking accommodation here will have access to all Nobu Hotel’s amenities, including its swimming pools, kids’ club, gym, and spa.

Commenting on the new opening, the Corporate Director of RCD Hotels for Latin America, Leonel Reyes, said: “Nobu Hotel Los Cabos has become the luxury destination preferred by the most demanding guests and gourmets from around the world. So this new concept hopes to meet the demand of travelers looking for high quality.”

Other Los Cabos’ recent opening

But the new Nobu extension is not the only recent opening in Los Cabos. Just a few days ago, the famous Grand Velas All-Inclusive Resort opened the doors of its unique Adult-Only Grand Velas Boutique

Obviously only open to adults, this property features rooms with 900 sq. ft. of space. Each suite is characterized by a living area with a couch, a private bathroom, and either two queen beds or a king-size bed.

All rooms also come equipped with aromatherapy diffusers, a high-definition flat-screen digital cable TV, Dyson hair dryers and straighteners, and much more!

Accommodations coming to Los Cabos soon

Tourists who are planning to visit Los Cabos this upcoming summer may also get the chance to spend their days in one of Los Cabos’ upcoming resorts. For instance, the Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol.

This great resort should open to the public in July and feature 163 rooms with ocean views, as well as 19 opulent villas.

According to current estimates, tourists will have to spend approximately $1,000 to spend a night in one of the property’s exclusive double rooms.

Alternatively, visitors may soon get the chance to book a stay at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo del Sol.

The resort was supposed to open in February 2024, but, at the moment, it is still unclear whether its opening will be postponed.

According to current estimates, this resort will be more expensive than the Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol, as a night spent in a double room here should cost roughly $1600.
