It would be a challenge to come across someone who wouldn’t jump at the chance to take a trip to Los Cabos.

Mexico’s southernmost beach paradise has become synonymous with a dreamy beach vacay for all ages.

It’s been reported that over 4 million tourists came to Los Cabos this year, with even more expected in 2024.

Travelers seeking the ultimate vacation can expect picture-perfect beaches, upscale all-inclusive resorts, and a wide range of fun excursions.

Next year, this ritzy beach town will be booming as it will be one of the most connected luxury destinations in all of North America.

Mexico’s Premiere Luxury Getaway

There’s really no bad spot along Mexico’s prized coastline. From Cancun to Baja, travelers will love all the luxe beachfront accommodations, many with all-inclusive options.

Cancun may be the most visited international destination for U.S. travelers, but Cabo is where you come to splurge.

You get what you pay for here with luxury at every turn, from the cushy amenities to perfectly placed fine dining to take in the ocean views and breeze.

These days, with soaring prices, saying you’re coming to Cabo for a vacation almost feels like a club of exclusivity where you get to indulge in the finer things in life.

Whether it’s staying at a boujee resort, visiting scenic attractions, or simply lounging at a beautiful beach, Cabo is pure bliss all the time.

There is something for everyone here. As a top wellness destination, there are world-class spas to pamper yourself all over this region, and in all likelihood, at your resort.

Others may be sportier and want to hit up a picture-perfect golf course. The choice is yours, but the bottom line is Cabo is overflowing with opulence to make for an unforgettable trip.

Easier To Reach Than Ever

Airlines have taken note of Cabo’s surge in popularity and expanded their networks to bring travelers to paradise.

With some estimating an increase of 500,000 tourists next year, more flights are a key reason as to why.

Los Cabos isn’t exactly road trip-friendly as it lies at the southern tip of the Baja peninsula. Flying here is the most popular way to reach this side of Mexico.

Even if your main destination is outside the city life, such as La Paz or Todos Santos, your best bet is to fly into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD).

Americans and Canadians lead the way in Cabo’s tourism industry, or for all of Mexico, for that matter. However, Cabo knows how awesome they are and are looking for further growth internationally.

Not only are Mexican airlines expanding to the U.S. and Canada, but other international airlines, such as Iberojet, are launching new routes to Cabo as well.

Our priority is to remain a relevant destination for the United States, Canada, Mexico and gain market share in Europe and Asia where, for example, we are attracting 3 thousand Japanese a year with a growth of 550%.

The reputation of the destination and the quality of its product is very good and the Japanese seek golf, nature, gastronomy and safety. This is the right time for the Los Cabos brand to be recognized globally in at least 10 priority markets, which also include Brazil, Colombia, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, France and Australia.”

About any major airport in the U.S. will get you here in a timely manner with a reliable airline, but Cabo’s flight board continues to grow.

With the FAA designating Mexican airlines with the highest rating, it’s not only U.S.-based carriers that are your only option any longer.

Big Year For Cruises

Flight connections are great and the most efficient way to reach your vacation destination, but hey, cruises are connections too!

This year was a big year for cruises, but next year will be even bigger just like flights. For 2023, there was a 17% increase in cruise arrivals.

That will increase by a wide margin as 80 more cruise ships will hit Cabo’s gorgeous waters by the end of this year in preparation for an even bigger year ahead.

It is estimated 230 cruise ships will be arrive by the end of 2024, so take your pick!
