Be Careful What You Sign For 

In the case of the recent incident in Los Cabos, a passenger who was on the boat that overturned claimed that she lost some personal items.   

The tour provider allegedly claimed that the passenger signed a waiver saying that they were not responsible for those items.   

Whether or not it’s true is unknown, but it is an excellent reminder to be careful of what you sign when you book a tour.
