Airbnbs have become hugely popular all over the world, and Los Cabos has not been left behind in this trend.
There are literally thousands of vacation homes available in the destination, divided between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.
But there is also no shortage of all-inclusive resorts, and there are 6 good reasons to choose a Los Cabos all-inclusive over an Airbnb or other vacation home rental.
Superior Hospitality
When staying in an Airbnb, you get what you get when you arrive, and that’s where the hospitality ends.
In Los Cabos all-inclusives, on the other hand, guests rave about the level of hospitality they receive from the moment they arrive.
Bellhops to take care of your luggage, housekeeping that does all the cleaning so that you can relax, butlers to attend to your every need, and restaurant staff to do all the cooking and serving are what truly make a trip a vacation.

More Amenities
While an Airbnb host might throw in a few simple amenities to make your stay more comfortable, it will likely be nothing like the amenities you’ll get at an all-inclusive resort in Los Cabos.
From multiple pools to numerous dining options and on-site activities to nightly entertainment, you’ll always have something to do at an all-inclusive resort.
Combine that with the typical resort amenities like room service, an on-site spa, and bars and lounges to relax and have a drink, and you really don’t even have to leave your all-inclusive at all to have a good time.

Better For The Community
When Airbnbs first started being offered, the negative impact that they could have on a community really wasn’t considered.
Now, these negative impacts are being noticed more and more, particularly the fact that they are not regulated the same as hotels, so they don’t necessarily benefit the community from a taxing standpoint.
But even more than that is the fact that they drive up the cost of housing for the community as well, so by choosing an all-inclusive, you’re helping to sustain the community.

Simplifies Vacation Planning
One of the best things about choosing an all-inclusive over an Airbnb is the simplicity of planning your vacation.
With an all-inclusive, you can book once and be done, rather than having to research dining options, activities, and entertainment because it’s all provided.
When booking an Airbnb, you’ll have to plan how to get food and water and everything there, find out what restaurants are nearby, and how far away attractions are, which can be very time-consuming.

Less Likely To Get Scammed
While there are certain protections in place, it is still possible to get scammed when booking a vacation home.
Particularly in a place like Los Cabos, where there are so many vacation home rentals, it has to be difficult to determine the good from the bad and the nonexistent.
Arriving to find that your rental isn’t up to your standards is bad enough, but showing up to no place to stay is worse, and it happens, but not at an all-inclusive.
Affordable Vacationing
Many travelers choose Airbnb rentals because they are cheaper, but you’d be surprised at how affordable an all-inclusive vacation can be.
At a vacation rental, you might get a low rate, but there are few amenities, and nothing is included, and you even have to pay a cleaning fee.
At an all-inclusive, your dining, drinks, entertainment, and more are already included in the price, and we all know that the costs for dining out and entertainment can add up quickly.

What You Can Expect To Pay For A Los Cabos All-Inclusive
Rates for Los Cabos all-inclusives range considerably depending on the level of luxury.
Generally speaking, though, you can expect to pay between $200 and $1,500 a night for a highly-rated all-inclusive resort.
But the amenities at an all-inclusive make it well worth the money.

Some all in-inclusive are extremely over priced and not worth it. Airbnb have some decent prices and you get what you pay for.
