Timeline of the Incident

According to a public update provided by Alberto Rentería Santana, the Secretary General of the Los Cabos City Council, the driver succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday morning.

This follows an earlier update from the weekend, where Rentería Santana stated that five individuals, including the driver, were still hospitalized.
