When rumors begin circulating online about raw sewage spilling onto a pristine beach, the panic is immediate. So, Where Did The Water Come From?

The spill was traced back to a private desalination plant belonging to a nearby development. A large pipe had ruptured, sending clean irrigation water spilling down onto the public beach.

Inspectors immediately documented the exact origin of the leak to initiate the corresponding administrative procedures against the private entity responsible. The city is mandating an immediate repair to ensure the public space is not disrupted again, and authorities noted they will strictly monitor private facilities in the area to ensure compliance with coastal regulations.
