This Charming New Luxury Resort Will Open In Los Cabos Soon

In recent years, the municipality of Los Cabos, in Baja California Sur, has become synonymous with luxury hotels and five-star all-inclusive resorts.

The Grand Velas Los Cabos, the Hacienda Encantada, and the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Golf are just some of the few properties that have contributed to turning this corner of Mexico into one of the most luxurious destinations in the world. 

In light of this, it is not too surprising that celebrities such as Selena Gomez, Britney Spears, and Justin Bieber have chosen this location for their vacation. 

This is why more and more maxi hotel corporations every year decide to build new humongous resorts in this area. Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is just one of them. 

This company is about to launch its latest property, the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo del Sol, which will be located in the Los Cabos Tourist Corridor. But what should visitors know before booking? 

All you need to know about Four Seasons’ New Resort

The new resort, which was scheduled to open in the fall, will open its doors to visitors from all over the world at the beginning of the new year. 

The property will be located in the private community of Cabo Del Sol, in the famous Golden Corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. 

This will be the second Four Seasons resort in the area, with the first one being the popular Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas on the East Cape of the Baja Peninsula.

The new resort will have a modern look with a Mexican-Mediterranean vibe. It will feature 96 guest rooms and suits as well as 61 residences, villas, and estates. Most of these will have a stunning view over the breathtaking Sea of Cortez.

Unlike many other resorts in the municipality, this property will have a tropical vibe and will give visitors access to three ocean-view pools, a spa and fitness center, as well as three restaurants, five bars, and a kid’s club.

Two out of the three restaurants will be under the direction of Richard Sandoval, known for his unique recipes inspired by Mexican, Latin-Asian, Peruvian, and Pan-Latin cuisine. 

The location

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo del Sol will be located in the resort community of Cabo Del Sol.

This area is known for being one of the most luxurious destinations in the municipality, featuring world-renowned golf courses, beach clubs, and stunning resorts. 

The Cabo Del Sol community is currently home to two golf courses: the Cove Club Golf Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, and the Cabo Del Sol Course, designed by Tom Weiskopf.

Some of the most popular all-inclusive resorts found in Cabo Del Sol include Hacienda del Mar and the Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos.

On top of this, the maxi corporation Hyatt is currently working on a new resort in the area that will soon open its doors to tourists. 

This property will feature 163 ocean-view guestrooms and suits, 19 residences and villas as well as a master-planned golf course.

Other resorts soon coming to Los Cabos 

Of course, Four Seasons and Hyatt are not the only massive hotel corporations to have noticed Los Cabos’ potential. 

Plenty of other resorts will soon arrive in the municipality. Among these, one of the most promising is surely St. Regis Los Cabos which will be located on the beach on the Sea of Cortez.

But this is not all. Some resorts in Los Cabos have decided to expand. This is the case of the Grand Velas Resort which will soon open a new location in the area, the Grand Velas Boutique. This property will be characterized by opulent simplicity and will feature 79 private terrace suites.

Visitors interested in trying more than one resort within a single holiday can do so by purchasing a resort day pass. This pass gives tourists access to all the amenities of a resort for the duration of a day, allowing visitors to try the different facilities of a property for a short period of time.
